Using the included ink replenishment tool can make it easier for you to replenish ink for the ink cartridge.

When the printer displays the warning message of non-genuine ink, please select Yes to use this heavy water. When the printer shows that your ink cartridge is empty, you only need to take it out of the printer, replace it with a new chip, fill it up ink, and then reinstall it. Obstacle removal: The printer is printing, but there is no ink coming out. Problem: The print head has air pockets that prevent the ink from flowing. Refill the ink cartridge, shake the ink cartridge 4-5 times, and then reinstall the ink cartridge into the printer. Push the ink cartridge down hard to ensure that the nozzle of the ink cartridge is well connected with the print head.

IMPORTANT TIPS: DO NOT upgrade printer firmware online ( please close the auto upgrade function of printer ).Don’t worry if the printer can’t recognize the ink cartridge. Our ink cartridge chip has four programs, so you just need to take out the ink cartridge and reinstall it.

Suggestion: Empty ink cartridges can only contain 90% ink, so as to prevent the ink from overflowing and polluting the printer during use. And be sure to unplug the rubber plug of the ventilation hole during use.If your printer is brand new and you have not used the original ink cartridge, please first install the original ink cartridge and initialize the printer so that your new printer can recognize and use our ink cartridge.
